Job Overview

We are seeking a Retirement Research and Modelling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated models to assess retirement outcomes for members.

You will draw on retirement modelling output and data analysis to undertake research and drive retirement innovation. You will also translate complex modelling outputs into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust and sophisticated retirement models to assess member outcomes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to drive retirement innovation and inform the design of key initiatives.
  • Communicate complex modelling outputs to internal stakeholders and ensure they are actionable.
  • Continuously improve retirement modelling frameworks, methodologies, and underlying data.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, statistical, actuarial or business-related discipline.
  • 10 years+ experience in advanced financial, statistical, actuarial or equivalent business-related quantitative analyses.
  • Deep technical knowledge and experience relating to retirement.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis and modelling superannuation systems and financial outcomes.
