**The Opportunity**
In this role you will be responsible for UniSuper's retirement solutions proposition, demonstrating how different product solutions work and interact with our marketing activities, member servicing and our award winning Advice function.

You will do this by:

- Leading the definition of how UniSuper's products and services provide value and support members up to and throughout retirement
- Building knowledge across the Fund of retirement related concepts and trends including retirement solutions and adequacy
- Providing oversight of the Fund's retirement income strategy (RIS), defined benefit and actuarial work and related BAU activities
- Key areas of focus for you will be:

- Execution of our leader in retirement strategy
- Retirement Income Strategy management
- Fund Actuary relationship and oversight of the actuarial management of our DBD product
- Team leadership and development

**About you**
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best retirement outcomes to our members. You are someone with exceptional relationship management skills as you will work closely with stakeholders across the business. You will be a strong people manager with a focus on empowering your team to achieve.

In addition, you will have extensive experience in the following areas:

- Financial services, with demonstrable experience in the actuarial management of defined benefit superannuation
- Awareness of domestic and international retirement products, strategies and member considerations
- Product management and/or development or an aptitude to develop these skills
- Experience managing relationships with professional services firms and other service providers
