Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering market-leading retirement solutions? Do you have a strategic mind and exceptional stakeholder management skills? We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Implementation to lead the development and delivery of innovative superannuation and retirement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Product Initiatives: Lead initiatives that enhance our product offering, drive member engagement, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
  2. Collaboration: Partner across the business to inform and execute our product vision, while bringing deep expertise in retirement and product research, analysis, and decision-making.
  3. Product Development: Analyse market trends and member insights to inform product enhancements, and drive operational excellence and support distribution strategies.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with minimum 5 years' experience in retirement product management or strategy, including proven experience in design and delivery of new to market solutions. Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape is essential. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
