About This Opportunity

This role is critical in shaping the future of retirement for UniSuper members. As a Strategic Retirement Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for defining how our products and services provide value and support members throughout their retirement journey.

You will lead cross-functional teams to build knowledge across the Fund on retirement-related concepts and trends, including retirement solutions and adequacy.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Executing our leader in retirement strategy
  • Retail Income Strategy management
  • Fund Actuary relationship and oversight of actuarial management of DBD product
  • Team leadership and development

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for delivering excellent retirement outcomes. You will have exceptional relationship management skills, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

In addition, you will have extensive experience in financial services, particularly in actuarial management of defined benefit superannuation, awareness of domestic and international retirement products and strategies, and experience managing relationships with professional services firms.
