**The opportunity**

Reporting directly into the General Manager Retirement, this newly created role will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of innovative retirement solutions that help HESTA members face the future with confidence and improve their retirement outcomes. Through a combination of insightful data analysis, research, and collaboration across teams, this role ensures that our retirement strategies and propositions are aligned with the evolving needs of our members.

**About you**

As an experienced specialist you will have in-depth knowledge and a strong understanding of the superannuation industry and be passionate about the products and experiences our members need to be retirement ready. You'll need to have knowledge on regulatory and legislative issues as well as market trends and emerging issues. You will be commercially savvy with the ability to take deep dives into data and trends, you also know your way around systems and technology to help innovate and streamline process and frameworks.
