We're looking for a
Financial Controller
to join our Group Finance Team and lead the financial performance management of our APAC Retirement Solutions businesses. This is a strategic, high-impact role that partners closely with our Retirement Solutions leadership, including the CEO, to drive financial excellence and support long-term growth.

You'll lead a high-performing team and work across FP&A, performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimisation. If you're passionate about financial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, this could be your next big move.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead financial performance management for our APAC P&Ls, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reviews
  • Partner with Retirement Solutions leaders to deliver strategic insights and support decision-making
  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement across finance and the broader business
  • Oversee commercial analysis, business case development, and contract profitability
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance across all financial activities

We're looking for someone with:

  • 8–10+ years' experience in financial control, ideally within a global, multi-currency organisation
  • CA, CPA or equivalent qualification and strong technical finance skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in financial modelling, forecasting tools, and process re-engineering
  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
