**The Opportunity**
In this role you will work closely with the Retirement Product Manager and support the Retirement team to meet deliverables across the Fund's retirement proposition and products. You will build relationships across the Fund to ensure the Fund's pension products are understood and providing the expected benefit to members.
As a Retirement Specialist you will also provide high quality representation of the Product & Advocacy team on projects. This will be achieved by:
- Working with the Retirement Solutions Lead and Retirement Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap for each retirement product
- Supporting the ongoing management of the retirement products, including operations and advice support, PDS updates, and DDO obligations
- Developing and maintaining product documentation, update product disclosure documents, review communications and marketing collateral and provide sign offs
- Providing strong representation for the Product team as an SME on project work and forums around the business
- Supporting incident resolution
- Quality product training and presentations to staff
- Researching potential Product enhancements; including desirability, costs and benefits
**About you**
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best retirement outcomes to our members. To be successful in this role you are someone who has experience in product, product communications, or pension administration and an interest in retirement solutions.
In addition, you will have experience in the following areas:
- Financial services with exposure to retirement products, whether account based pensions, defined benefit pensions or other pension types
- Demonstrable awareness of issues effecting Australians in retirement and financial planning highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, actuarial science, mathematics, business, or law strongly preferred
