Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential estimating.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, as well as ability to learn other tools quickly.
  • Experience with framework software.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of building, construction, or production estimating an asset.
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction preferred.
