Estimating Specialist

Key responsibilities of this role include preparing accurate costings, variations and tender documentation to support sales and construction teams. This involves managing client requests with efficiency and attention to detail, working closely with drafting and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and building codes.
As a successful Estimating Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and checking accurate sales estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Managing variations and client requests with efficiency and attention to detail
- Working closely with sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for up-to-date pricing
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in Sales or Production Estimating within residential/project home building
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing
- Proficiency in Databuild or Buildxact is preferred but not essential for this role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work to tight deadlines
