Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Officer to join our team at Crystal Brook Hospital. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level administration support services to ensure the effective and efficient management of the Administration department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area
- Create, store, retain, and dispose of resident records
- Maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, create documents using Microsoft Office, and take and type meeting minutes
- Assist with the Accreditation process as required
