Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Services Officer to provide administrative support at Wallaroo Hospital and Health Services.

As an Administration Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing general administration support and duties as requested, including reception relief, medical records filing, and other associated tasks.

You will also be responsible for coordinating service, maintenance, support, and replacement requirements for the health services vehicle fleet and reporting as required to SA Fleet/LeasePlan.

Additionally, you will provide recruitment, training, and support services for Volunteers of the Health Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration support and duties as requested
  • Coordinate service, maintenance, support, and replacement requirements for the health services vehicle fleet
  • Report as required to SA Fleet/LeasePlan
  • Provide recruitment, training, and support services for Volunteers of the Health Service

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
