SA Health is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administration Officer to join our team at Burra Hospitals.
Job OverviewThis part-time Administration Officer role will provide administrative support to the healthcare team, ensuring the efficient running of the facility. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing efficient and professional administrative services to the healthcare team.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and patient files, including data entry into the Chiron database.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensuring compliance with State Records and Medical Records standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They must also demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary of $58,709 - $63,154 per annum, pro rata. SA Health offers a range of benefits, including salary sacrifice options, superannuation, and leave loading. The successful candidate will also enjoy flexible working arrangements, including participation in a 7-day roster.
