Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative services to clients, staff, and visitors to the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network within the Port Broughton District Hospital and Health Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area
  • Provide administrative support to executive level staff
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Contribute to the efficient resident management system
  • Perform data entry into Chiron and Working Systems

Requirements

  • Prior experience in office administration processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including word processing, desktop publishing, and email
  • Sound data entry skills
