Job Overview

Gallagher, a global leader in Insurance broking, risk management and consulting, is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide timely and proactive support to its senior brokers. The role is pivotal in providing day-to-day administration and broking assistance, including preparing documents, processing policies, and maintaining client databases.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. A Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance qualification is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to senior brokers, including preparing documents and processing policies.
  • Maintaining client databases and electronic files.
  • Renewal invitation reminders to clients, debtor control, and policy processing.
