About the Opportunity
CBRE is seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join our property management team for our prestigious account, Charter Hall. The role is a pivotal point between onsite facility management team, FM Team leader, and the client to ensure FM tasks are completed on time.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team including invoice queries, aged accruals, and document management.
- Onboard new starters in the state.
- Champion change such as process improvements and system updates.
- Support national initiatives and drive participation and outcomes within the FM team.
About You
- Administration experience with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed.
- A proactive and positive approach to work with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.
