About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our busy Engineering and Projects Department, as well as HSE, Facilities, and the wider Administration team. You will be a highly organized individual with a focus on efficiency and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders, departments, and demands simultaneously.
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong initiative and a proactive approach. You will have excellent organizational skills, coupled with high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have strong planning, time management, and communication skills, as well as demonstrated knowledge of project management systems and intermediate MS Office suite experience.
