About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrator to join our client's National Law Firm in Perth CBD. This is an exclusive opportunity to work alongside a well-respected Partner on complex and interesting matters.

The Job Description

This role will involve supporting a highly respected Partner in a variety of corporate advisory matters. You will have the opportunity to provide high-level support, become actively involved in client and file management, and contribute to the success of the team.

Duties
  • Document management: dictation, drafting, and amending of complex documents
  • Collation and preparation of large contracts, agreements, and documents
  • Diary management, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • File and database management (hard copy and electronic)
  • Time sheet entry and client billing
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months of experience as a legal secretary
  • Strong technical skills, including a fast and accurate typing speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • A strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
