Energy Sector Customer Service Position

A leading energy retailer is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Experts to join their local Contact Centre team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via inbound calls and other customer interactions.
- Support with billing inquiries, payments, and account management.
- Promote energy plans, products, and services confidently and accurately.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (Contact Centre experience an asset).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to interpret numerical data and perform basic calculations.
- Confident computer skills, including customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
