About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading specialist in renewable energy development and operation as a Senior Legal Counsel. You will partner with senior leadership and the team to navigate complex legal and regulatory issues in the electricity and renewables sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on energy, electricity, and renewables law, including compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Draft and negotiate key commercial agreements, including EPC, O&M, PPA, and project financing contracts.
  • Support project development, acquisitions, and joint ventures across solar, battery, and hybrid energy projects.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of PQE with expertise in electricity, energy projects, and renewables. They should be commercially astute with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives, and have experience in drafting and negotiating project, infrastructure, or energy contracts.
