ESR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the healthcare industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the healthcare industry landscape, to effectively communicate value to customers and prospects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling software solutions in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
