Role Overview: We are seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our pioneering team in Sydney. This role is crucial for developing our sales pipeline, driving revenue growth, and nurturing our most significant client relationships. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will contribute to refining our sales strategies, providing valuable customer insights to influence our product roadmap, and generating revenue to expand our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch a transformative company in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewal of contracts for key accounts.
  • Establish and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Devise and implement strategic plans to meet sales objectives and broaden our customer base.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Maintain precise records of all sales activities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to provide exceptional value to clients.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of comprehensive sales experience, ideally within a rapidly growing software organization.
  • Significant experience in enterprise SaaS sales across the ANZ, SEA, and India regions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in field-based enterprise software sales, focusing on large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-Level executives and collaborate with stakeholders across various business units.
  • Experience in complex solution sales with a consistent record of closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for building and innovating.
  • A deep understanding of our clients' business goals and challenges.
  • Self-driven with the capability to manage tasks and projects autonomously.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and devise creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an early sales team member or leader in a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of SaaS products.
  • Experience with quarterly sales planning and acquiring new logos.
