Pega Solutions Architect

We're seeking a skilled Pega Functional and Technical Consultant to join our organization in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications and proven experience designing and implementing Pega solutions.

As a consultant, you'll manage end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions, leading workshops with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and process flows.

You'll build Pega application components, including user interfaces, business rules, and integrations, providing expert guidance on Pega architecture and best practices.

Requirements

Pega Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions. A Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is highly desirable.

Telco Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry is a must-have. You should have a strong understanding of core telco business processes.

Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.

Functional & Technical Versatility: Ability to seamlessly switch between functional analysis and technical development.

Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural ability to analyse complex problems, propose effective solutions, and think critically.
