Telecommunications Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Pega Business Analyst to spearhead the development of cutting-edge applications for our telecommunications clients.
This client-facing role requires a proven track record as a Pega expert, with a deep understanding of core telco business processes.
- Pega Expertise: Hands-on experience in Pega project analysis and implementation is essential.
- Telco Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry is mandatory. You should have a thorough understanding of key telco business processes, including BSS/OSS, order-to-activate, lead-to-cash, and trouble-to-resolve.
- Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Functional & Technical Versatility: Ability to seamlessly transition between functional analysis (gathering requirements, process mapping) and technical development (configuration, hands-on implementation).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and think critically.
Pega certifications are highly valued in this field.
