Job Description

Are you an innovative engineer with a passion for delivering cutting-edge network and telecommunications solutions? We're seeking an experienced Network and Telecommunications Engineer to join our Digital Team, where you'll play a key role in maintaining secure, high-performance networks, telephony, and applications.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll have the chance to work with our Global Network team to resolve operational challenges, ensure 24/7 support, and mentor peers to foster a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain uninterrupted service by providing rapid incident resolution and high-level technical support for complex network, telephony, and enterprise application environments operating 24/7.

  2. Implement and document robust maintenance protocols—including regular backups, patching, upgrades, and daily health assessments—to uphold system stability and data integrity.

  3. Architect and deploy scalable, secure network infrastructures that align with evolving business needs and enhance overall system resilience.

  4. Oversee the administration and optimization of core network systems, using proactive troubleshooting and system evaluations to minimize downtime and improve performance.

  5. Provide clear technical updates to stakeholders, establish comprehensive disaster recovery strategies, and maintain detailed operational documentation to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
