Telecommunications Construction Project Manager

The role involves navigating complex relationships and dependencies, working with people amicably, and learning to build relationships through experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of power and building infrastructure, contract management, vendor management, internal business units, and relevant authorities.
  • Ability to provide expert advice on building design, acquisition, and property-related matters.
  • Knowledge of property management and town planning for development projects; experience in civil construction with a trade certificate or related qualification.
  • Experience in Telecommunication Construction is mandatory.
  • Proven and successful track record in successful project management.
  • Solid understanding of the structure, purpose, and process for establishing network facilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively oversee a large design and delivery program, including monitoring, reviewing, and auditing for compliance, cost, and quality.
  • Proven skill in managing multiple, diverse projects from conception through design and ready build, along with mentoring and instructing team members in all aspects of project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial contract processes, procedures, and approvals associated with constructing and maintaining buildings.
  • In-depth understanding of construction aspects, regulatory requirements, site sharing, and property acquisition directly linked to mobile telecommunications networks.
  • Strong negotiation skills at all levels.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and a high level of technical expertise.
