Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives with key clients. This role involves managing a team to develop strong relationships and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship with designated clients
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with purchasing teams and senior management
  • Collaborate with sales teams and merchandising assets to deliver results
  • Liaise between customers and internally for timely communication of information
  • Lead cross-functional account plans with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify specific tactics with agreed timelines and target goals
  • Lead new product launches aligned with marketing campaigns to increase distribution and sales velocity

Requirements:

  • Experience in client management
  • Ideal experience in Beauty/Cosmetics
  • Able to interface and demonstrate leadership internally and externally
  • Ideal experience at NAM/SNAM level or Category Management
