About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers and Senior Client Relationship Managers at MUFG Corporate Markets.

In this pivotal role, you'll provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team, managing client escalations, overseeing training and development, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across your region. You'll work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams to build strategic relationships, drive continuous improvement, and deliver premium client outcomes.

This is a leadership opportunity suited to someone with a proven track record in client relationship management, ideally within financial services, who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers and Senior CRMs.
  • Manage escalations and ensure premium client service delivery.
  • Drive service excellence initiatives, embedding best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee client onboarding, contract management, and renewals.
  • Design and deliver training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders across the business to support strategy, people, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.

About you

  • Extensive experience in client relationship management, within financial services.
  • Strong leadership background with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with ASX-listed clients and delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.
    Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
