Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving successful project delivery, and contributing to new client and business opportunities.

A typical day might include:

  • Managing the day-to-day expectations of your client accounts
  • Overseeing projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and meeting objectives
  • Collaborating closely with our in-house teams on client projects
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing clients while promoting our service offering to secure new business

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar agency role
  • Experience working across integrated campaigns
  • The ability to deliver exceptional account management and client servicing
  • Proven experience building relationships with existing and prospective clients
