Job Overview

The Group Business Director is a leadership role that oversees client relationships and manages teams across multiple clients. This position reports to the Managing Director and involves leading planning, investment, and digital teams for seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Position

This senior-level role requires strategic planning capabilities, strong client-facing communication skills, and experience in driving business revenue. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of media fundamentals and people leadership experience.

  • Orchestrate client patch with support from Business Directors.
  • Develop senior-level client and media owner relationships.
  • Manage key senior relationships and drive team productivity and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leadership tasks that benefit the agency.
  • Implement efficient ways of working, processes, and operations internally and externally.
