About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Partner to join our team at Zip Co. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you will play a critical role in driving our world-class people strategy and supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives
  • Coach and guide employees to achieve their full potential and drive business results
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives
  • Provide expert advice on employment relations, legislation, and statutory requirements
What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in People & Culture and HR roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Specific experience supporting senior leaders as a senior people partner or HRBP
  • Proven experience across the whole employee lifecycle, including leadership development, organization design and development, talent management, remuneration & benefits, performance management, and employment relations
  • Strong experience in building relationships with and influencing diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a structured and engaging way
  • In-depth knowledge of employment relations, legislation, and statutory requirements
