Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Partner to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and Develop Managers: Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate with business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives, including talent planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • HR Program Management: Manage and deliver HR programs and projects, including performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, employee complaints, and workplace investigations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in people partnering or business partnering, with a strong background in HR operations and employee relations.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR programs and processes, including performance management, talent development, and employment laws.
