Job Title: Senior People Partner

At ServiceNow, we're on a mission to make the world work better for everyone. As a Senior People Partner, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach managers on performance management best practices and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to drive initiatives aligned with our business strategy.
  • Collaborate with global centers of excellence to ensure HR programs are aligned with internal client needs.
  • Provide HR policy, process, and program advice and coaching to employees and managers.
  • Assist in specific projects as determined in our annual HR operational plan and coordinate across the global HRBP team to deliver business and HR initiatives.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as required with cross-functional HR/Partner teams.
  • Partner with Employee Relations and Global Employment Law to drive consistent performance management and design initiatives.
  • Partner with COEs and Ops to deliver HR programs and policies in functionally and regionally relevant ways.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to enhance our Global People processes.
  • Act as a culture champion, regionally and functionally, working with leaders to drive high levels of engagement.
  • Be an expert in local legislation and policy interpretation, partnering with Employee Relations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • 6-8 years of experience in People partnering or Business partnering.
  • Ability to form relationships with the business as a known trusted advisor.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR programs and processes, including performance management, workforce planning, talent management, and employment laws.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situations.
  • Good understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practices.
  • Knowledge of labor laws in Australia.
