About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Partner to join our team at Zip Co Limited. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you will play a critical role in driving our world-class people strategy and supporting the growth and evolution of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop high-performing teams and provide expert advice on complex employee matters.
  • Design and implement people programs that enable Zip to continuously improve as an organization and business, including diversity & inclusion, leadership development, employee relations, WHS, employee learning & development, reward & recognition, and talent management.
  • Develop and execute strategic people initiatives that support business growth and cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders and team members on people-related matters.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in People & Culture and HR roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Specific experience supporting senior leaders as a senior people partner or HRBP.
  • Proven experience across the whole employee lifecycle, including leadership development, organization design and development, talent management, remuneration & benefits, performance management, and employment relations.
  • Track record in delivering successful and impactful people programs across a broad range of areas.
  • Strong experience in building relationships with and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a structured and engaging way.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment relations, legislation, and statutory requirements to meet the changing needs of our workforce.
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to continually improve programs of work.
  • Passion for working as part of a high-performing team who are constantly looking for ways to improve.
  • Experience in a tech or product company, or supporting technology functions in a corporate, is a plus.
