About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CFO and HR Manager, as well as performing various bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of bookkeeping, including reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable work
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Assist with office management and administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide PA support to the CFO and HR Manager, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Book travel arrangements and manage company expenses
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail, phone manner, and communication skills
  • Professionally presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and XERO software experience
  • Permanent resident of Australia
