As a Scheduling/Administrative Assistant at Whole Yards Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for coordinating employee schedules and liaising with customers to ensure efficient resource allocation and high client satisfaction.
- Organize Work Schedules: Coordinate employee schedules and ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately to ensure timely responses.
- Schedule Meetings and Events: Arrange meetings, events, and other company activities to promote collaboration and productivity.
- Purchasing: Source and purchase materials required for garden/landscaping projects to ensure timely completion.
- Perform Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with additional tasks as required by the department manager to ensure smooth operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Administrative Experience: Proven track record in an administrative role, particularly in scheduling and calendar management.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organisational prowess to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
