Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately to ensure timely responses.
  • Schedule Meetings and Events: Arrange meetings, events, and other company activities to promote collaboration and productivity.
  • Purchasing: Source and purchase materials required for garden/landscaping projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with additional tasks as required by the department manager to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
