Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled warehouse operative to enhance our expanding operations. The primary responsibilities of this position include operating a forklift, receiving and organizing stock, fulfilling orders, and supporting various warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately picking and packing customer orders according to specified requirements
  • Inspecting incoming shipments, documenting, and reporting any discrepancies
  • Conducting regular stock audits
  • Preparing orders in compliance with customer specifications and assisting with inventory management
  • Generating consignment notes as necessary for shipping
  • Coordinating courier and freight services
  • Maintaining the dispatch log
  • Participating in stocktaking activities
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Valid forklift certification
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated warehouse experience in a similar capacity
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory
