### Job Summary

### Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Underground Diamond Driller to join our drilling crews. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drilling accurately and diligently to maximize 'Bit on Bottom' while minimizing breakage and downhole loss.

### Key Responsibilities

* Consistently apply sound drilling practices and techniques within your range of competence.
* Execute the hole plan and drill accurately to maximize 'Bit on Bottom'.
* Minimize breakage and downhole loss.
* Carry out basic preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment and downhole equipment/BHA.
* Plan, schedule, and organize your work within the requirements of the work plan and coordinate with other parties as required.
* Ensure thorough and meticulous completion of all drilling records and documentation.
* Efficiently record and manage movement in and out of drilling consumables and spares.
* Ensure that rigs and equipment are maintained to a serviceable condition.

### Requirements

* Must hold an Australian Open Car License.
* Demonstrated experience in Diamond Coring.
* Ability to obtain a First Aid/CPR certification.
* Demonstrated experience on LM90, LM110, or MDR700 rigs or similar rigs.
* Certificate III Drilling in Operations is mandatory.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
