This role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting our services, and helping participants achieve their goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with NDIS participants, families, schools, planners, Support Coordinators, and community organisations to build business and attract new participants.
  • Deliver NDIS employment Supports to our NDIS participants.
  • Promote our services at local expos and events.
  • Manage and convert leads from our marketing and service centre.
  • Build networks with employers to create tailored employment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality, person-centred service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Community Services, Employment Services, or NDIS-related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseloads.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration.
