Employment Opportunities Specialist

This role involves overseeing a caseload of program participants and collaborating with employment services staff to assist clients on their journey from intake to stable job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective action plans to create meaningful pathways towards job opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with local businesses and community organisations to provide staffing solutions and foster long-term relationships.
- Work independently and as part of a team to develop, document, and implement high-quality marketing and capacity-building strategies.
- Plan employment supports for participants and seek feedback to ensure supports align with individual needs.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate files and records, complete relevant documentation, and ensure confidentiality of information.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
