Key Role: Employment Opportunities Specialist

Job Description:

This role is designed to empower clients to achieve meaningful employment. It involves motivating and encouraging clients to take the necessary steps towards finding their own employment opportunities.

The primary objective of this position is to build relationships with local employers, source job opportunities for clients, and place them in sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and motivate clients through various activities to find their own employment
  • Build strong relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities for our clients
  • Place clients into long-term employment resulting in positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process
Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments
  • Able to work effectively with individuals who may be facing challenges
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve successful placements
  • Desire to contribute to a team focused on empowering people to achieve their goals
