Job Summary:

This role involves assisting a diverse range of clients in securing sustainable and meaningful employment, working within a specialist contract with the Workforce Australia program.

We are seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to join our team, who possesses excellent customer service skills, intermediate computer literacy, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting KPIs.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of resolving complex client situations with resilience and maturity, and be able to obtain the necessary clearance checks.

Manage a varied and active caseload, focusing on retraining and upskilling clients, and forging partnerships with local employers to create opportunities for job seekers.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality services to clients.

Utilize digital platforms and tools to engage with clients and support their job search journey.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client scenarios.

Able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
