Empower individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to achieve employment and independence by delivering tailored support services and fostering meaningful connections with local employers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Solicit employment opportunities for job seekers
- Help job seekers identify their skills and abilities to secure employment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through targeted training and support
- Collaborate with job seekers to create joint plans supporting clear pathways to employment
- Build strategic relationships with local employers and community organisations
**Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingsness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
