Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Employment Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals.

About the Role

As an Employment Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored employment solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure employment opportunities for our clients, ensuring they receive quality support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Employment Opportunities: Research and secure suitable job openings for our clients, taking into account their skills, interests, and career aspirations.
  • Support Client Preparation: Assist clients in developing the necessary skills and confidence to become job-ready, including resume building, interview preparation, and practice exercises.
  • Deliver Quality Service: Ensure that all clients receive exceptional support, adhering to contractual requirements and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Enhance Employability: Provide training and support services to enhance clients' employability, including referrals to relevant programs and resources.
  • Develop Personalized Job Plans: Create customized job plans for each client, outlining clear employment pathways and strategies for achieving their goals.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers, community groups, and other stakeholders to facilitate job placement and ongoing support.
