P&C Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented P&C Coordinator to join our Utilities division in Brisbane or Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our P&C Manager and Recruitment Team, ensuring a high-quality service to our contractors and full-time employees.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company
- Draft and issue Contract of Employment (COE) and Position Description
- Create positions in Org Plus and obtain relevant approvals
- Add employee information to SAP and save employee documentation in SAP and Sharepoint Personnel File
- Liaise with Hiring Manager/Site Administrator to ensure ICT access and equipment is ordered
- Process employee Change of Conditions, terminations, and pay changes in a timely manner
- Process allowances and manual payments as required
We are looking for someone with:
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office, SAP, and Taleo
- Previous experience in a HR or Recruitment environment
- Ability to balance multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality
