P&C Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented P&C Coordinator to join our Utilities division in Brisbane or Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our P&C Manager and Recruitment Team, ensuring a high-quality service to our contractors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new employees and draft Contract of Employment (COE)
- Issue Position Description with COE and maintain accurate records
- Process employee Change of Conditions, terminations, and pay changes
- Liaise with Hiring Manager and Site Administrator to ensure ICT access and equipment
Requirements
- High attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and SAP
- Previous experience in HR or Recruitment
- Ability to balance multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality
