About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Strategic Talent Coordinator to join our Utilities division in Brisbane or Sydney.

This is a permanent full-time position where you will be an integral part of our team, supporting multiple projects in the water and power space nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new employees and draft Contract of Employment (COE)
  • Issue Position Description with COE and ensure signed copies are saved on file
  • Create positions in Org Plus and obtain relevant approvals
  • Add employee information to SAP and save documentation in Sharepoint Personnel File
  • Liaise with Hiring Manager/Site Administrator for ICT access and equipment ordering
Payroll Support:
  • Process employee Change of Conditions, terminations, and pay changes as requested
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High attention to detail and methodical approach to work
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Taleo advantageous)
  • Previous experience in HR or Recruitment
  • Ability to balance multiple deadlines and maintain strict confidentiality
