About the Role
We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead our Learning Team and design impactful leadership and capability programs that drive organisational success. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of learning at Goodstart.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver world-class leadership and capability programs aligned with our organisation's priorities.
- Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to anticipate workforce needs and create innovative learning solutions.
- Lead your team to create impactful and effective learning experiences that enhance individual and organisational success.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require expertise in full-cycle learning, adult learning theories, instructional design, and supporting technologies. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in consultation, negotiation, and influencing at all levels, are also essential.
