Talent Acquisition and Learning Strategist

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site at our headquarters. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy individual responsible for managing logistics, learning systems, program delivery, communications, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver recurring talent programs, including onboarding, management training, and mentoring
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, participant tracking, communications, and evaluations
- Prepare and maintain program materials, decks, handouts, and resources
- Serve as the primary Talent Systems Administrator for key platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Goals and Performance Management, and Succession
- 3+ years in a talent development, program coordination, HR operations, or related role
- Experience administering and optimizing an LMS and digital learning content
- Strong project and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
