Senior Learning Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Learning Strategist to lead the development and implementation of our learning programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Conduct training needs analyses and build competency frameworks to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic learning initiatives
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback to inform future program improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for learning initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic planning and program implementation
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning programs that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
