Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Capability Strategist to lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team in a fast-paced complex organisation.

  • Lead the development and delivery of learning and capability programs aligned to business objectives.
  • Maintain and implement performance frameworks and talent development models.
  • Develop and implement skills taxonomies aligned to job family frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including operationalising the 70:20:10 model in a hybrid learning environment.
